- Set up and break down event infrastructure efficiently
- Assist with vendor coordination and guest inquiries
- Complete post-event reporting and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy for digital check-in systems
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
