Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/teardown procedures following safety protocols
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue access points
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor event spaces for safety compliance and report issues
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Assist with emergency protocols and crowd control when needed
- Complete post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Arlington venues
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass basic background check
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
