Responsibilities
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue specifications
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and clients
- Operate technical equipment (AV, registration systems) post-training
- Enforce venue policies and handle emergency situations calmly
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain event timelines
- Document incident reports and attendee feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
