Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics per venue requirements
- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and access control at entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies during events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for seamless operations
- Report incidents and maintain detailed shift documentation
- Assist with promotional activities and brand ambassador duties as assigned
Qualifications
