Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, lighting, and AV systems
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and maintain crowd control at high-energy venues
- Execute event protocols for safety, accessibility, and attendee experience
- Collaborate with venue teams and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live events using provided equipment
- Document post-event inventory and equipment condition reports
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic technical aptitude for equipment operation (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to various Las Vegas event locations
