Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Warmly greet and assist all guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle incoming calls and route communications appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare nightly reports and secure guest information
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
