Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at conferences, festivals, and corporate events
- Maintain venue safety protocols and crowd management procedures
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for flawless event execution
- Handle ticketing, registration, and attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages and decor
- Provide exceptional service to VIP guests and event sponsors
- Document event metrics for post-event analysis and improvement
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening/weekend shifts (minimum 15 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
- Reliable transportation to downtown Portland venues
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
- Completion of paid training program required
