Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Execute venue setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and equipment coordination
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies during live events
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and management teams for seamless operations
- Assist with VIP guest handling and special event activations
- Complete incident reports and post-event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
