Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain venue safety protocols
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and seating arrangements
- Execute event setup/breakdown including staging, decor, and equipment
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff for seamless operations
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue capacity limits
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Valid Ohio driver's license for venue transport needs
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Toledo event locations
