Responsibilities

- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue policies to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, vendors, and management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with diplomacy
- Assist with emergency procedures and maintain situational awareness
Qualifications
- Must be available to start within 48 hours of application
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations across San Diego
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
