Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, corporate galas, and private events
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and VIP area coordination with professionalism
- Execute venue setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and equipment management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain brand standards through polished appearance and conduct
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Available to start within 24 hours and commit to weekend/evening shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions (outdoor events)
- Basic knowledge of event terminology and venue operations
