Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, sporting events, and festivals
- Manage venue access, ticket scanning, and crowd flow protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain event safety standards
- Set up and break down event infrastructure according to specifications
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales when required
- Report operational issues and contribute to post-event debriefs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Basic cash handling experience preferred (training provided)
