Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in, registration, and credential verification at event entrances
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols during high-traffic periods
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including seating, signage, and equipment assembly
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams to ensure seamless operations
- Document incident reports and communicate issues to event supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and possess valid government ID
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques and emergency procedures
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Tucson
