Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at casino floors, convention centers, and special events
- Manage guest flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for beverage/ticketing transactions
- Assist with VIP guest experiences and premium service areas
- Collaborate with security teams for crowd management
- Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Report operational issues and maintain accurate incident logs
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (gaming license requirement)
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid US work authorization and state-issued ID
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
