Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest interactions and crowd management at weekend events
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents, stages, and décor
- Manage vendor coordination and supply inventory during peak weekend hours
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Assist with ticketing, registration, and attendee flow optimization
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
