Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and ticket verification
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Collaborate with venue teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with VIP guest management and special requests
- Report operational issues and guest feedback promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
