Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assistance at event entry points, venues, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout events
- Set up, operate, and break down event equipment including signage, barriers, and registration desks
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical support during event operations
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
