Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-ins, information booths, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides to attendees
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts

Qualifications
