Responsibilities
- Set up/break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and VIP experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd control and ensure safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event management teams
- Execute event-specific activities (e.g., ticket scanning, merchandise sales)
- Maintain professional appearance and brand ambassadorship
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana ID and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event logistics preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
