Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests during evening hours
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with dining and spa teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas throughout shift
- Contribute to a positive team environment through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Proficiency with reservation software and basic POS systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
