Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Upsell menu items and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members during busy evening rushes
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Strong customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Memphis location
- Food Handler's preferred (training available if needed)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
