Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized recommendations and attentive care
- Efficiently manage beverage orders and payment transactions using POS systems
- Host guests with warm welcomes and manage reservation seating during peak hours
- Collaborate with bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine venue standards through cleanliness and safety protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining positive atmosphere
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills with diverse cultural sensitivity
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and tip calculations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service certification (TIPS certification)
- Positive attitude and passion for New Orleans' unique culture
- Must be 21+ years old due to alcohol service requirements
