Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with diverse customers during evening peak hours
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness across coffee stations and seating areas
- Operate POS system accurately and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless service flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred
