Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at VIP events, including check-in, information assistance, and concierge support
- Execute seamless event setup and breakdown according to venue specifications and safety protocols
- Manage crowd flow and ensure attendee safety while maintaining a premium atmosphere
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event managers to resolve issues proactively
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback for continuous improvement
- Represent Elite Events Miami with polished professionalism and brand enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event environments preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic settings

- Reliable transportation to various Miami locations
