Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credentialing at event entrances
- Direct attendees to venues, restrooms, and amenities
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including furniture and equipment
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Distribute promotional materials and collect feedback
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in varied conditions
