Responsibilities
- Greet guests and attendees warmly upon arrival to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of event venues and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the event duration.
- Direct traffic flow and manage queues efficiently to prevent overcrowding.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Previous event experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
