Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing guests with a professional and positive attitude.
- Assisting with registration, ticket scanning, and check-in processes.
- Managing crowd control and ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.
- Distributing promotional materials, merchandise, or food and beverages.
- Setting up and breaking down event equipment and signage.
- Answering attendee questions and resolving minor issues on-site.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations in Madison.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
