Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, operation, and teardown, ensuring all equipment is in place and functional.
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing directions and assistance as needed.
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving minor issues, and reporting concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
- Collaborate with other staff members to execute event timelines and operational goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
