Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service during events and exhibitions
- Set up, maintain, and break down event spaces according to specifications
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist with VIP guest management and special requests
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Represent client brands with polished appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
