Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet guests upon arrival.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including venue decoration and furniture arrangement.
- Manage event flow, direct attendees, and handle crowd control as needed.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer general venue inquiries.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform light cleaning duties to ensure the venue is presentable.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Previous event experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic technology (e.g., tablets for check-in).
