Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event registration/check-in stations using provided equipment
- Operate audiovisual gear, signage, and interactive displays as assigned
- Manage guest flow and crowd control at entrances/exits with supplied materials
- Distribute promotional items and event collateral using provided carts/supplies
- Assist with venue breakdown and equipment storage post-event
- Report equipment issues and coordinate replacements with logistics team
- Maintain professional appearance with provided uniform and name badge
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Atlanta metro area
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech literacy for operating provided equipment (tablets, scanners)
- Professional demeanor and punctuality
