Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and ticket scanning at weekend events
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Coordinate vendor setup and operational support during events
- Enforce safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment recovery
- Document incident reports and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8 hours/weekend)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility to work evenings and holidays during peak seasons
- Basic digital literacy for check-in systems
