Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment including staging, lighting, and sound systems
- Manage guest registration and access control with provided scanning devices
- Operate event-specific technology (AV equipment, point-of-sale systems)
- Ensure venue safety compliance using supplied safety gear and protocols
- Coordinate with event team via provided communication devices
- Execute crowd management strategies with supplied barriers and signage
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in provided footwear
- Basic technical aptitude for operating supplied equipment
- Strong communication skills with ability to use provided radios
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued ID for access control systems
- Ability to lift 30 lbs with supplied safety equipment
