Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment (stages, AV systems, lighting)
- Manage attendee flow and ensure safety protocols compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and vendors
- Inspect equipment before/after shifts for functionality
- Coordinate with venue staff and event managers
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Document incident reports and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous event/conference staffing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license (equipment transport may be required)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of AV or staging equipment
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
