Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and attendee assistance during events
- Manage venue access control, ticket scanning, and crowd flow
- Set up and break down event equipment, signage, and décor
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
- Report issues to supervisors and maintain detailed event logs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
