- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM) with exceptional professionalism
- Handle guest check-ins, inquiries, and concierge services with a warm demeanor

- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Maintain pristine lobby areas and ensure safety protocols
- Address guest concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary
- Complete end-of-day reporting and prepare for morning handover
Qualifications
