Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including signage, displays, and interactive installations
- Execute brand activation plans while maintaining professional appearance standards
- Manage attendee flow and provide exceptional guest experiences at venues like Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and secure all company assets
- Collaborate with venue staff and client representatives to ensure operational excellence
- Adhere to safety protocols during equipment handling and event operations
- Submit real-time activity reports via our mobile app
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong customer service skills with polished professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Atlanta
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech proficiency for equipment operation (training provided)
- Must pass background check and provide two professional references
