Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment (tables, signage, AV gear)
- Guest registration and attendee assistance
- Execute venue layouts per event specifications
- Operate provided equipment (sound systems, lighting)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators
- Resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Break down and store equipment post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for provided equipment
