- Coordinate venue setup, breakdown, and maintain event spaces
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Assist with crowd control and ensure smooth traffic flow
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for flawless execution
- Report operational issues and maintain detailed event documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proficiency with mobile event management apps
