Responsibilities

- Manage guest flow, ticket scanning, and venue access control
- Execute event setup/teardown including seating, signage, and equipment management
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures compliance
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional event staff
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of event operations preferred
