- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment including AV systems, staging, and lighting
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and maintain crowd control at assigned stations
- Conduct equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with event managers to ensure seamless execution of event timelines
- Distribute event materials and manage inventory of provided supplies
- Adhere to all venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations in Lincoln
