Responsibilities
- Execute brand activations and promotional activities using provided equipment
- Manage inventory and proper handling of branded materials/gear
- Engage attendees with exceptional customer service during events
- Set up and break down event infrastructure per specifications
- Conduct quality checks on provided equipment before/during shifts
- Document attendee interactions and lead capture as required
- Adapt to changing event conditions with provided resources
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with provided equipment protocols
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
