- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment including audio/visual systems, staging, and lighting
- Manage guest registration, credentialing, and access control using provided equipment
- Monitor event spaces and troubleshoot technical issues with supplied gear
- Execute crowd management protocols using communication devices and safety equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams using provided digital tools
- Enforce event safety standards using supplied protective gear and monitoring equipment
