Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including tents, AV systems, and staging
- Provide exceptional guest services and information at event checkpoints
- Execute crowd control and venue security protocols
- Assist with event registration and attendee flow management
- Operate provided equipment like microphones, scanners, and lighting systems
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with event leads to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No prior equipment experience required – full training provided
- Professional appearance and punctuality essential
- Basic knowledge of event operations preferred
