Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event equipment including staging, AV systems, and branded signage
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and attendee assistance
- Execute event protocols while maintaining brand standards and safety guidelines
- Operate provided technology including check-in tablets and crowd control systems
- Collaborate with venue teams for seamless equipment transitions and troubleshooting
- Document event activities using provided digital reporting tools
- Teardown and inventory assigned equipment post-event
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event environments
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic settings
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Valid government-issued photo ID for credentialing
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Houston
- Professional demeanor under high-pressure conditions
