Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down event equipment including tables, chairs, signage, and staging
- Manage attendee registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Operate audio/visual systems and lighting equipment as needed
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and vendors
- Coordinate with event managers and support staff for seamless execution
- Inventory and maintain all provided equipment before/after shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
