Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating, signage placement, and furniture arrangement.
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
- Operate POS systems and assist with ticket scanning and registration.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators to execute seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the event.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to attendees.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
