Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and breakdown according to venue specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including check-ins, information assistance, and crowd management
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety protocols and compliance with venue rules
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and event coordinators for smooth operations
- Handle ticket scanning, registration, and attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Report maintenance issues and operational concerns to event supervisors
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized event areas throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling offered)
- Strong communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for venue transfers)
