Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, VIP areas, and guest check-in stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with event setup, tear-down, and venue preparation tasks
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for restricted areas
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures
- Reliable transportation to event locations
