Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification
- Direct attendees and maintain crowd control protocols
- Operate venue equipment (AV, staging, lighting)
- Execute emergency response procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Set up/breakdown event spaces according to specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in all weather
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures
- Valid Texas ID and ability to pass background check
